M Hotel was a great experience. Staffs are well trained and willing to help all the customers with their inquires. Breakfast was really good and rooms were spacious and clean. The casual atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were 8 adults, 2 children & 1 baby in our group, staying in the Heritage townhouse was perfect. The townhouse was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The bus stop was only metres away and the pick up service from the "Welcome Centre" to the house was a great help for us as we had so many luggage.

My wife & I enjoyed our stay in Niseko at M Lodge in 2014 so much that we returned to M Hotel to enjoy our Christmas break in 2015. The location of the hotel is perfect - only a short, easy walk to the ski lifts and plenty of great restaurants only a short walk away.
